Dear Clients,
As valued clients I have some important news to share with you. After a 40 year career in Real Estate I have decided to retire as of June 16th of this year.
This is not a decision I have taken lightly. I am truly fortunate to have had a career that I love and will miss as I move on to the next phase of my life.
In June I will be 71 years old and I wish to pursue other challenges and write some new chapters in my life's book. Some of these include increasing my community volunteer work, travelling more frequently and returning to University to complete my B.A. in Psychology.
One of my biggest concerns with this decision was who would best to look after my clients? I needed someone who I deeply trusted, had significant experience and who puts his own clients first. Fortunately I didn't need to look very far for the answer. My long time trusted colleague, Mike Alford, stepped up and will now look after all of you going forward. Many of you already know Mike since we have worked together for nearly a decade when he covered my business while I was away. In that tie, he has consistently demonstrated the same level of care, professionalism, and client-first approach that I have always strived to provide.
For those of you not familiar with Mike he has been a licensed since 2003 as a full time agent. He is constantly investing and improving both his knowledge and his service to his clients with the help of a professional business coach. Mike's commitment to his business and his clients is also reflected in his results. He has consistently been recognized with Royal LePage awards, including Sales Achievement, Master Sales, President's Gold and Director's Platinum.
