I believe the connections, contacts, and relationships we make in life matter. As we come through and start returning to "post pandemic" life, I believe this to be more vital then ever.
I also believe in the adage, "Stay in your own lane". Could I change the oil in my car? Likely, I'll never know. I take my vehicle to a trusted mechanic for that. How did I meet my current mechanic? Word of mouth. My previous mechanic sold their business. When I found myself in need of a mechanic, I asked my circle of contacts and was referred someone accordingly.
I've lived on the North Shore since the early 70's. My background and life experiences are varied. This has allowed me to meet and interact with people in literally all fields. If you need someone to cut your hair, I've got someone. Need an adjustment? No problem. I know several great Chiropractors. Time for a new bike? Maybe a new car? Does your furbaby need a grooming? Yup, I can definitely connect you with some of the best practitioners.
Needless to say, when it comes to all of your real estate needs, I can provide you with the right people to guide and assist you. Carpet cleaner. Mortgage broker. Moving company. Even a great restaurant to celebrate the purchase of your new home! No matter what your needs are, I am happy to be a resource to you. Oh ya, I can also provide you with great service in the specific process of buying and/or selling a home. I gladly accept referrals too.
If nothing else, the last couple of years have reminded us that the only constant is change. Some of the "changes" we are all adjusting to in 2024 are rising interest rates and soaring prices of pretty much everything with the inflation rate being as high as it now is.
We know we will adapt to these changes. And we know life will carry on.
